As part
of the service we provide, it is Tangent's responsibility to
"send" email notifications for inquiries (accommodation
requests) generated by travelers via Tangent to the advertiser’s
registered email addresses. However, it is not Tangent's
responsibility to make sure that the advertisers can "receive"
email notifications from any email originating from the tangentprop.com
email server. It is the
advertiser's responsibility to make sure he/she can "receive"
email notifications from tangentprop.com.
PRIVATE EMAIL DISCLAIMER
Tangent Property, Inc., shall not be
liable for any email communication problems among advertisers
and travelers using our private email option. Travelers are
fully responsible for providing their "real" email addresses to
owners when reserving a property.
LIABILITY STATEMENT
Tangent Properties, Inc., shall not be
held liable for service disruptions or errors resulting, but not
limited to, internet related outages, wars, acts of God, or
negligence's.
